Rusty Galvanized pipes from original installation
Replaced with all brass and copper fittings so customer knows they won't ever deal with rusty pipes again.

This customer had an original installation of a pressure tank with galvanized piping located in a damp basement. The original installation also did not have any pressure relief valve installed, which could have lead to a dangerous situation had the pump motor or pressure switch failed.

We removed all of the old galvanized pipe with brass or copper pipe, and bronze fittings to prevent any dis-similar metal corrosion. Replaced the original "T" header with a new "T" header for the pressure tank that included a safety relief valve.

Customer mentioned water on floor around radiator
New Valve, No more water on floor

The landlord contacted us regarding a tenant who noticed water on the wood floor around the kitchen radiator. When we arrived, we noticed that the steam radiator valve had split and was venting steam into the kitchen (which condensed and then caused a puddle of water to form under and around the radiator.

We carefully removed the old broken valve and stem in the radiator, and replaced with a new brass steam shutoff valve. We made sure the radiator was pitched correctly and not leaking before checking this job complete.
